Never knew the world would change like this!It seems an endless time now,but see,how the world is tied into a strange bond.No words to express depression,anxiety or fear.Just a prayer that it ends quickly.Now is the time we understand the true worth of words to pray..

"Hope lies in the power we have to rewire our brains. Research tells us that as we begin to tell our own story, as we begin to own the negative things that have happened, and also recognise what was untrue about those negative narratives, we can actually reinforce a positive rewiring of our brains so these negative pathways become weaker.

The brain is activated in exactly the same way when we share our story with people we feel safe with, and when we listen to other people’s stories. We begin to rewire our brains into believing new narratives. Positive Narratives. And that can lead to behavioural change."

The negative things that people tell us are the negative beliefs that hold us back.

How the world seems to have been shattered by a single moment..

😢That was a moment..only a moment.Why it still feels like all was lost?
It was a happy ,normal day for everyone.But what did it hold for us?It was going to mark a long journey,beginning  with the sudden departure of a dear one.
It started with the death of my dad.A healthy man who had never had a flu in his life.I still remember the day when we woke up with the weekend plan of a picnic.The day was sunny."I know my kids love to have a picnic,"his usual sentence before we could put our suggestions before him.
God's plans are the best,we believe.But till now we haMy mother is working day and night shifts,two jobs at a time to support us.My grandparents banished us from their house.My paternal uncles and aunts refused to let us enter their house.The last but not the least..my mother was dragged to court to say she will not marry again,so that she can keep us with her.Isn't it unbelievable?I will finish at the point..what does education give us?The legal ways to suppress the miserable.

Why me? there are people who ask this question once or many times in their life. Yes, why me? It happens when the society is unfair, or the luck isn't in favour. A student asks this question when he has worked hard, burning the midnight oil ,to get a good result in exams, just because he needs to study further, getting a scholarship, but the result is unexpectedly bad, or not according to his expectations. Have we ever thought how much God has favoured us? Have we ever considered how  underprivileged people around us are? Have we ever tried to go beyond the limit of our convenience, to bring a faint smile on somebody's face?
                                                           

With all the problems surrounding us,and having very few friends,I wish there can be a way to speak and say what we want,share what we wish to and read what others have to say.Come and join me.Lets Speak Our Heart Out.
